Anine Bing
We had an incredible evening with Anine Bing May 14th. This was a special edition of Second Degree where we broght together founders and funders in San Francisco. The goal was to create a space where both builders and investors could feel comfortable chatting about the things that are top of mind for them, while also trading notes on their favorite pilates studio in the city. If you are interested in hosting or attending a similar style event, please email Mackenzie at mackenzie@second.degree.
The Finerie
April 30th, we hosted an amazing evening of connection with The Finerie on Fillmore St. The guest list included women working in different fields, with different interests, and all looking to have meaningful connection. What was most exciting about this evening? Every woman was new to the Second Degree network. Please reach out to mackenzie@second.degree if you are interested in attending or hosting a like-minded event.
Annabel the Shop
We partnered with Annabel The Shop to host a curated Second Degree gathering that brought together a thoughtful group of women across industries for an evening of intentional connection. Through pre-event matching and a brand-forward setting, the night blended meaningful conversation with discovery, creating a space where networking felt natural, not transactional.
Athleta
We partnered with Athleta to host a curated Second Degree gathering that brought together women who embody their core customer; active, ambitious, and community-driven. By aligning the attendee base with Athleta’s target buyer and layering in intentional matching, the event created authentic connection while reinforcing the brand’s identity in a way that felt both organic and high-impact.
Clare V.
Clare V x Second Degree was our first event. Women came pouring into the Hayes Valley location in San Francisco. Many had never been in the store before and loved the space. There was an overwhelming excitement for this form of connection. It felt new, energizing, and authentic.

“I love this new format of networking! I feel like I can talk about work without judgement but at the same time talk about what I love doing on the weekends!”
